Few months back I got Airtel digital TV from a local dealer in Coimbatore.To my surprise they have installed on the same day with good cabling. Problem started when I got grains/waves and some times blank screen.So I called their customer support and all I got is their false promises and five complaint references no for one service request.
I would have called them around 25 times and above for a single request and even I spoke to their call support Manager who also made false promise that my service request will be resolved within 24 hrs(!!!!!). Later I decided to discontinue the service and gain called the call centre for the same.Again I got is another reference number for disconnecting the service and even for that no one called.
It seems AIRTEL is spoiling their brand value by providing such a pathetic worse service in DIGITAL TV.If any one got Mr.Sunil Mittals kindly provide the same to send all the mails I have sent to the useless/non working customer care department.I will strongly recommend those who plan to buy DIGITAL TV DONT GO FOR IT .As far as me I will say ’DO NOT TRUST DIGITAL TV’
