Guys, I bought dishtv some time in april . Everththing was not going fine until the 6month free scheme ended.till then nobody gave a call despite giving them several remainders through email(never works) sms (never ever works) telephone (just doesnt work at all) on blackouts due to bad weather. the moment it rains or just drizzles we will get a message check settop box not connected properly.
When I finally started paying my monthly payments through easy billing outlets by cash. i get a shock from dishtv customer service that I have not paid my dues and hence we are blocking all pay channels. despite telling them that I have the receipt of the payments.finally I was made to gave a call/sms for 3 days to the customer service people without any assurance from them . When finally they took my calls the customer guy was very rude to me and was giving false promises to me for another 3 days.
