I have read all the reviews about Dish TV now but had purchased it 3 months ago. surprisingly, I didn’t have any problem as mentioned by other customers. I Purchased it in the evening by paying the cash to the dealer and took the STB and dish on my own to my home as dealer told me that the dish care guy will come in the morning to set it up.
The guy as promised, called me up and fixed the appointment and came down and fixed the dish in just 1.5Hrs. then he told me that the activation will take 24Hrs, after installation I called the dealer and told him to send request to activate it. for my luck I may say after reading all these reviews, my connection got activated within 2Hrs. Since I live in Madurai I asked over the phone for a south Sun package to be activated. Luckily, this was also done in just 1Hr. So far, I didn’t have any problem with DishTv and njoying the DTH service, good quality picture and sound and movies free as they promised.
I read all these reviews but dont think DishTV is that much bad, I’m now worried after seeing these reviews that I ’ll face the issue when renewing it next year. as some of the customers had problem in renewing it on time. But over all I am satisfied with the DishTV DTH service. I don’t find any problem in telecast even if it’s raining also. DishTV is good, go for it. I can say that at least.. :) I am not so sure of Tatasky. I just think that Tatasky is lil costly.
