I have purchased Dish tv in sept this year, and frm the very next day the reception of the set top box was very very slow as compared to other dish tv at my neighbours place . I made complains from the second day of my purchase .
When contacted to dealer they put blame on dish tv and dish tv put blame on dealer. Inspite of constant calling for 2 months nothing happened. and then after lots of call and 3 months an engineer came frm the dealers side and said that the set top box will work like this only as dish tv has made them like this , so if u want to get it changed u have to go yourself to dish tv centre and we cant do anything more.
We agreed to this also and called up dish tv customer care , and asked them where the box is to be changed , they gave me 5-6 numbers of various offices and to my surprise all the numbers were wrong none of them was concerned with dish tv, it was pathetic.
Next day again I called them they again gave me 3-4 numbers , they all were also wrong .so this happened for 2 -3 days they gave me several numbers out of which 99% were wrong and 1 % would never respond, this is high level fraud .
They are trying to make customer a fool , and giving us wrong information, not expected from so called reputed organisation. Now after complaining to head of the centre also they are not giving any satisfying answer.
Now after paying the amt we are at the mercy of the dish tv customer care, pathetic services , SO I WOULD ADVICE ALL THE PEOPLE PLANNING TO BUY DISH TV THAT PLEASE DONT BUY IT AND SPECIALLY THE (KAON) MADE.
