Tatasky is the worst service from TATA, I never expect this bullsh*t from TATA.
Installation and quality of a signal is good but worst thing about tatasky is it’s add on services. It takes only one call or one button(usually by mistake) to start any active services and its require long procedure to remove it.
As per my case, my parent activated some packages by mistake which increased the bill to about Rs 300/- extra charges. These packages are worthless for me because when you are 22 you don’t want to learn vedic maths and play active games.
Now after a month I want to remove it so I request tatasky customer care, and according to them first I have to recharge my account including the amount of vedic maths and active game(I don’t want to use them but I have to do it because I want to remove it) only after this it is possible to remove this packages from my account.
