I can do a lot of things or atleast - I imagine - right from shooting a mail to Mr. Ratan Tata - that would be too polite
to taking them to Consumer court - that too would be too mild.
having registered my protest now , I want to see how soon the co. responds - thru its SYSTEMS.
Last time I had a spat with them - Their dish had a problem - I was not getting their signals after installation / a Technical snag
- Mr. Vikram Kaushik , their MD sent me an apology letter - 2 months after the incident .
--- This time around - There is no hurry , I am cool , I am dealing with a Moronic Co. - who doesnt know whats happening , whose customer care or his superviser will not inform the management - whats gone wrong /
