Say TaTa (good bye) to Tata sky

Tata sky you need to make more than 25 calls to help desk , they will keep creating work order, update by themselves by false data (ex: customer not available ), no body calls you. You have to track and get the contact number of delivery person and finally nothing happens, your work order will be closed wihout your notice. Finally you would have wasted around 2 weeks and spend on your phone bill.


They dont treat customers as "customers" , its like as if customers are owed to do something for them. Finally decided to drop out Tata Sky -- getting a connection itself (dont get the connection though) itself such a troublesome and we can realize the comments given here could be absoulutely TRUE !!
