This is my first review on this site .i am using TATA Sky from last 7 months, during this period I have not faced any obstacles, and same time I know my uncle very well, agitated by DISH TV. So I can compare TATA Sky and Dish TV .
- picture quality ->The picture quality of both are almost same, but the main difference is servicing and payment hurdles.
if you are TATA Sky user then you have two modes of payments.
a).By recharge coupon
b).By Online(Credit Card)
2.Installation ->TATA Sky people charges Rs 1499 at the time of installation( Done by professional people having all required equipments like Drill machine tv etc, u don’t need to bother about any thing and they provides 20m long cable along with ) and with in 10days of installation u need to submit another 1000 bugs(with 1 month subscription)
This amount covers installation charges and life time service charges , this is like Hidden amount as their TV Adds showing 1499 only.
(but I think this is good as service point of view because According to them for any problem we don’t need to pay any more except a phone call .)
In Dish TV -installation is done by any local agent and they are not really Dish TV Employees,
so they handles all things according to their conveniences so u can face the problems relative to cable , equipments and behavior.
- Costomer care->TATA Sky offers better customer care service compare to Dish TV. I have called them twice and I got customer executive’s response,
so I think its affordable for any one .
About Dish TV - As I have gone through some earlier review, all are complaining about customer care service
- Cost-> even an offer of 1499 , the actual cost of TATA Sky cames around 1499+ 1000=2499(1 month Free)
if you compare this figure with Dish TV , you’ll found that DISH TV charging 200-300 less then TATA Sky.
So if you are die hard fan of SRK and wanna save 200 to 300 bugs than go for DISH TV
other wise go for TATA Sky and get a better service and sleep well.
