When it comes to product comparison dish TV is better TATA sky...I recently opted for Dish TV. Before doing that I read numerous reviews and even had a chance to experience both of them through my friends..Both r almost same on video and audio quality but they do experience some static disturbances in the service some times.Both of them had no issues in clearing the issues in reasonable time.
Tata sky has a better customer service right now but not as good as dishtv as they used to b when they started their service. ( Can’t blame them as they have more customer issues to deal with now and they come with different priority level.
I’m not saying that that they can let down their customer, and they never did that for me nor for any of my friends they take little more time....they did cleared my issues, I was clear in saying what is the issue and they managed to set it right for me in 2 hrs, but earlier it could have been a hour when they had less customer to serve for.
The channels and options u have with Dish TV is good and better, compared with TATA Sky, .
The customer service offered by TATA sky cannot b used for rating them as they need a better service compared with dish TV to stay in the game and they are not far behind TATA sky.
But if u look for better entertainment package not only regional but over all then I would recommend Dish TV...I have no regrets in choosing them, so far.......... nor my friends
