*I must say DISH TV is the worst service provider in DTH with ridiculous customer service. Customer is an obligation to them, no business sense, owner is a fool to invest so much money in it with no direction to his organisation.
Pathetic call center with no one to attend your calls just so called foolish electronic response system. Its a high security risk to your credit card to recharge the services through their online services.
Once again don’t do mistake of buying dish tv. Please i request you all to think 100 times before buying its services.
No clear picture. Poor satellite connectivity. All pay channel not a good bouquet of channels. Poor thoughts for additional services. Untrained staff to attend the calls. Security hazards for your c cards and debit cards. I dont want anyone else to suffer and waste your money on this service. The connectivity also go slow during rains and windy weather. The wire fittings are also not done properly.
