I recharged my dishtv account through online sbi. But my money deducted and my account has not been recharged and also money is not refunded in my account within more that two month of transaction. dishtv customer care is telling we not received payment is is banks fault and bank manager is telling I cant do any thing for this online transaction.
Many times I talked to dishtv customer care and bank manager. Also I gave application along with dishtvs mail copy to bank two week earlier but problem has not resolved. This type of problem can be with you also
So do not go for dishtv because they dont bother about inconvenience to subscriber. Customer care also not provide right solution and approach to problem they generally gives fundas in wrong direction
