I have found Tata Sky to be deteriorating in their service while their prices have been going up over the years.
I have been trying to get through to them for the last 24 hours to get a problem addressed. I have tried to get through over email, calling their call center, online chat, etc. Absolutely frustrating, can’t even get through to them. Go for Dish TV.
