Tata Sky is ignoring Malayalees as they are deleting channels from their DTH platform one after other. Please inform your friends for NOT to go for TataSky unless they correct themselves and respecting the diverse customer base.
Shame that TataSky doesn’t show the ethics to retain only FEW Malayalam Channels they were offering and respect the diversity factor by keeping the channels they promised atleast. Now I am forced to change the Tata Sky connection as they are reducing the Malayalam Channels to Surya and Asianet only. Note that complaints to customer care over last 2 years improved only in one thing - reduced the no. of Malayalam channels!
Please do not recommend anyone unless they are ready to move out to any other DTH service providers ignoring the cost paid for the Box.
