Its been 10 days since I lodged my first Complaint for no signal on my Tatasky Plus connection. I have made at least 20 calls to the customer care centre, but every time I call I am told by both junior and senior executives, that an engineer will get back to me in 2 hours/8 hours/ 24 hours. I have so far received no call from the engineer.
However the new status on my complaint as per an executive shows that my Set-top box is faulty. I am amazed by their problem solving ability in the absence of any visit or discussion between me and the engineer. I suggested it my be a loose connection and I was once again assured of the engineer visit. Yesterday during my conversation with an executive I figured that it is TATASKYs new strategy of selling its set-top box. I have requested for deactivation and refund of my account balance.
I hope people will take conginanze of this case and stay away from TATASKY.
