No one wants to listen that I was chrged for period when I was unable to watch. Double Charges with no reason, logic of Rs. 600/- without disclosing the nature of repairs required.
I was Tata Sky Connection Holder under the number 10003836. For some time it worked fine.
There is lot of truth in channels getting blocked suddenly.
My Set Top Box Developed a problem after first year of use.
I complained and followed up my complain for more than two months.
I was asked to change my Remote, which was working fine.
Finally, I was told that Set Top Box will have to changed and that will cost me Rs. 600/-+ AMC Rs. 500/-. Unfortunately I had paid lot of money and I had credit balance.
My questions on what fault has developed and why Rs. 600/- were never answered properly.
I had no option. I agreed for both. Ste Top Box was changed and it every two minutes started automatically getting reconfigured. I lodged Complaint again.
Again Set Top Box was Changed and inspite of having charged Rs. 500/- for AMC, Rs. 600/- were charged to me again. My Queries on the site were automatically erased. While I have mails received from helpdesk@tatasky.com confirming lodging of complaints.
My account was closed and disconnected on account of no balance.
I recommend you all to go for Dish TV instead.
