Tata Sky - Bullshit Services, False Promises.



  1. Can any one provide me address of Mr. Ratan Tata? I want to send him Tata Sky Set Top Box, Dish Annetena, Cable and Remote as Free Gift from MOST DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMER.




  2. Can Any one provide me Registered Office Address of Tata Sky? I want to send them Legal Notice.






PLEASE THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE SUBSCRIBING TO TATA SKY


No one wants to listen that I was chrged for period when I was unable to watch. Double Charges with no reason, logic of Rs. 600/- without disclosing the nature of repairs required.




  1. I was Tata Sky Connection Holder under the number 10003836. For some time it worked fine.




  2.  There is lot of truth in channels getting blocked suddenly.




  3.  My Set Top Box Developed a problem after first year of use.




  4. I complained and followed up my complain for more than two months.




  5. I was asked to change my Remote, which was working fine.




  6. Finally, I was told that Set Top Box will have to changed and that will cost me Rs. 600/-+ AMC Rs. 500/-. Unfortunately I had paid lot of money and I had credit balance.




  7. My questions on what fault has developed and why Rs. 600/- were never answered properly.




  8. I had no option. I agreed for both. Ste Top Box was changed and it every two minutes started automatically getting reconfigured. I lodged Complaint again.




  9. Again Set Top Box was Changed and inspite of having charged Rs. 500/- for AMC, Rs. 600/- were charged to me again. My Queries on the site were automatically erased. While I have mails received from helpdesk@tatasky.com confirming lodging of complaints.




  10. My account was closed and disconnected on account of no balance.






I recommend you all to go for Dish TV instead.
