I bought it, believing that Tata Motors have come beyond making Trucks. But now I strongly believe they need lots of experience to make and sell comfort.
The Electrical parts, Lighting, central locking etc are worst and have to looked into every month. When every co. provides 2 remotes for central locking, the vendor chosen by Tata motors provide one and for another we have to pay 900 Rs.
The other parts like grills on AC vents are worst quality. They are easily loosen. Technology / Comfort is not part of this Vehicle. If anyone in doubts can check history / service booklet of UP80AP-0396 or contact at jauntyjaunty@hotmail.com
My earlier vehicle was Matiz [ Daewoo Motors] of 1999 model, it had more advanced feature then what I expected from Victa of 2005. For the first time [after it was run appx. 23000] km. I came to know that We need to add Coolant to Engine and this Victa within 23000 km. already went 6-8 times to service center [ forget those regular service intervals] for those unexpected problems.
The Central locking had been replaced twice by the co.
Except space, there is nothing in this vehicle, which one should consider.
Its not values for money in any way.
