After sales Service is the Customer Nightmare

I have been using RO+UV for last 9 years. First 5 years I have used Aquaguard, while shifting the plastic broke so had to buy a new one. That time I came across Tata Swach, so thought of trying it out as it is bearing the most trusted name in India that is TATA. but in 1 year I started feeling the hit/pinch for choosing the RO+UV(Silver electric RO+UV).


Now after taking the annual maintenance, I didn’t get the proper service. I igonored it and thought might be a human error. But after that I never opted for annual maintenance. But for their service they will charge 450 rupees for visit only and the parts will cost extra. I don’t know what kind of service they provide by sending some not that skilled persons to visit. Currently I have changed my filter 3 times within a span of 7-8 months. Currenly I have been blessed with a baby and luckily my filter again ditched me. So after complaining many time since 22nd May 2019, till today no one visited my home for any remedy. Whenever contacting them I am getting a response that withing 48 hrs some person will visit me.


I don’t know what should I do as a customer of Tata Swach. I would request TATA to remove their brand name from this product as this is damaging the BRAND name pretty heavily.
