The tata swatch filter bulb I purchased is leaking some black stuff. We raised a complaint on 15th august, they tell us the issue will be resolved in 24 hours max 48 hours. We call up on 17th as nothing has happened, the call centre employee tells us that since 15th was a holiday, they dont log calls on that day, it was logged for 16th.
This was not informed while logging the call. Then they tell us it is 72 hours to fix the call. Then they tell that since sunday is a holiday technician will come on 19th evening which is waaay over the promised 48 hours. None of them connect us to senior executive or give their head office number. Emails to the head office has no response as expected.
First of all they make junk products and instead of servicing them they sit there and say we dont know anything. They dont know their head office number, they dont know their technicians number. Frankly I dont know why the stupid call centre exists.
