I bought Tata Swach Smart a few months back. All members in my family fell ill two times and later I found that water is leaking from the thread of filter. So it was going in lower compartment without purification.
I have also called Tata Swach customer care when bought it for same problem. He fixed by tightening threads. But it was not expected from such reputed company that it will start leaking water again. Even I bought second filter (bulb), the same is happening with it.
With the new bulb, water becomes black after the purification process.
I suggest you to spend more money and get another good product. Don’t play with your health.
