I ordered one tata swach filter on 11th April 2013 , order number: 11042013-2255. As per the website, it should be delivered with in 48 hours , now still waiting 19 days for the product to be deliver ina metro city Kolkata.
It really surprising & frustrating how a renown company like tata serve like this. If they cant deliver the product , how the post delivery service will be !!!!!
I will think twice before baying any tata product in future ,
