Tata teleservices wire less land line callede WALKY, has the most pathetic after sales service.the customer care like most companies outsources its service to call centers who have no stake in company, s brand image.the actual managers of the company are never available on line, even they now behave like govt companies of having screens before u can get to the person concerned.in fact these managers have started behaving like senoir IAS officers whom u cant get behond his peon or PA.
I do hope the owners wake up and realise, that TATA was once a brand revered in business circles, has now become like any business enterprise to make a quik buck.
