Called customer care 3 times in last 15 days, every time got the answer the server is down and should be up in 10 minutes. Please check your internet connection after 10 minutes
Every time with customer care I have song and dance of restarting the browser, clear the(browser) cookies(I cleared cookies and ate all cookies while waiting for them), then they will say server issue.
Called CORPORATE OFFICE. Miss Radhika hung up the phone after hearing that I am a customer.(and so did some of the customer executives. apple didnt fall far:)
Local technician enjoys free salary by staying home and picking up the call every once in a while. Final answer. server is down.
Now here is me. if the frigging server is down, then why the f*k they dont replace it. But hey, that is what TTLB is.
Buy a dongle or put satellite but dont subscribe TTL service.
