I have purchased Tata Tigor in Mumbai. and I am having worst experience of my life. Please avoid Tata cars. These are sponsored review and doesn’t talk about reality.
I booked Tata Tigor on 22nd Feb with commitment of 2 weeks delivery and they took 100% payment on 3rd March with delivery date of 10th March. After 3 complains on Tata motors call center I received my vehicle on 12th April which was more than 1 month delay as per schedule after more than 100% payment.
During delivery I noticed vehicle already run for 111 KMs when I complained then dealer and even Tata Motor representative mentioned it is normal. When I requested give me written confirmation than they accepted that before delivering they used the vehicle for couple of demos. I neglected it and finally took my vehicle. Now even after more than of vehicle delivery I am yet to receive vehicle registration details and road tax details, hence now I can’t even take out vehicle. Can’t talk about quality of vehicle as I am yet to drive it God only knows what they have given me. My humble request to anyone stay away from Tata brand to have mental peace.
