Tatacliq.com is online shopping portal from Tata group. I have brought couple of products from the website, sneakers and powerbank recently. The sneakers size does not fit me, there is no online option to exchange the product for a different size. I tried reaching their customer care, but they told there is no exchange policy and only I can return the item. Secondly I got the power bank at good offer price, but it was cancelled for no reason. Next comes the refund process which is tidy and takes lot of time. I got my refund almost after 3 weeks.
Tatacliq offers lot of products like apparels, electronics, mobiles. But very rarely give any promotional offers. I never seen any deep discounts offered by them. Most of the times the offers will be on the inflated mrp. If there is any good offer then the product will be shown as not available at your pincode. The android application is also not that good and takes lot of time to load. There is lot of scope for improvement in Tatacliq portal.
