Hi Everyone, Order Number: - 102203314After so much of efforts, research and going through reviews, a person buys a product. and when it comes to air conditioners, which people buy considering lots of factors and amount also, emotions are attached to the product. I ordered an AC from tatacliq. the model no. of AC was 185V MZM for 44548 rupees. I received the product on 4 June 2018 and received an email after the delivery mentioning not to open up the box until the technician comes.So they arranged for a technician and they( technician) came on 6 June 2018 Wednesday. and started unboxing the product. I asked them to check if the product is faulty or not and make sure that the same model is delivered to me. they said yes its the same model as they get aware of the model number as soon as a product is delivered to customer and I trusted their words then they started installing the product quickly and we found out that the outdoor unit was two big but since its my first purchase of an AC I thought that is not a concern and asked technicians as well he said its fine.After 3.30 hours when the product got installed and they switched on the product, I found out that the digital display of the product was showing at the right side instead of being at the center. so I asked technicians what is the reason for this and why did not they check the product thoroughly before installing it but they were clueless and went back after installing I called up customer care team of tatacliq then and there and they asked me to send the product pictures at hello@tatacliq.com and they said that they will resolve the issue within 24 hours and till now I have not been given any proper resolutions.On the very next day I chased them and they said to send the pictures to some other ID( CSManagement@tatacliq.com) that I also did. after committing for 24 hours they took 72 hours to give me a call and tried to fool me and told me that the product is of the same model so I asked them why did not you guys upload the picture of this product if this model comes under two different variation and I never saw this model picture on any of the website( e. g. tatacliq, voltas, croma) . all the website had the same model which had the digital display at the center. and now they were again clueless.I asked for legitimate answer and then they said that they can give the compensation of 1500 rupees. I denied so they sent voltas technician at my place for no use. he said if the AC is not working than he can assist and if the AC model is different than call customer care so I called them up again and they said that my ticket is sent to the brand and they are working on it and will respond by 24 hours which never got over, I kept on waiting for their calls for update but I did not get a call.Each and every customer care executive has the same statement to say " we apologize for the inconvenience caused and I will personally make sure that you receive the call by tomorrow 12 PM with update and resolution" which never happens and I have been calling them everyday . finally I got a call from executive on 20 june 2018 and he confirmed that the product is wrong that I have been given and also tried manipulating me by saying that the product I have been given and the one that I ordered has same specification and features. so I asked him for the link of the product that has been sent to me so that I can cross validate the features and specifications and take the appropriate action. and he said he will instantly send the link of both of the products over the email so that I can compare both. I trusted his words and started waiting for his email because we also had a discussion that he will give me a call in the evening as well.But till now neither he sent the email nor he gave me a call. and whenever I call the customer care executives, they say that yogesh( the person I spoke to regarding the link of the email) is not on his seat/he is busy/he is attending to other customers/he is not picking up the calls/he is on tea break/he is on lunch break/he left for the day/. neither he verbally told me the model of the product that has been sent to me so that I can go through it. yesterday I called for the status update to known whether or not I will be receiving the email with the link. then customer care rep says that a fresh ticket has been created for the same issue and will take time. I dont know where it is coming from and where it is going. just for energy savings( 5 star AC) I invested that much amount and turns out to be a waste.I dont even know which model is installed at my home( it can be 3 or 4 star AC as well that has been delivered to me) . I just called them today as well and customer care executive said that yogesh will be giving me a call before 12 PM and still I have not received a call. I will recommend not to buy from tatacliq. I believe they have given me some old model in fact very old that I could not see this model in any of the website of voltas, tatacliq croma nowhere. I believe its duplicate product as well because I did not see this product over the internet and neither on their sITES_ Company.the above was just a summary, in actual a lot more has happened they tried everything to make me fool or make me believe that the product is correct but finally they also admitted that product was and is wrong. despite of several calls and emails, they dont give proper resolution.
