I thought to shop online from new e-commerce Tata cliq coz its a Tata, so I thought it will be good.
I started searching for items- kurtis, suits, bags, shirts, pyjamas, chinos. And I checked whether its delivered at my pincode- it showed yes.
So after few items adding to cart- I once checked my cart items & I was shocked that almost many items are out of stock.
We thought lets try some other items- same process- selected- checked pincode- showed yes & again after checking cart- same thing happened, out of stock.
Atlast, I got tired & infuriated as they dont have most items in stocks still showing available.
I called Customer care & informed him- he said you will get full info in it within 24hrs, but not received any call.
My time & energy got wasted. Only a chinos & pyjamas got showed in cart which I ordered, Order no.- #101301977, today -13/11/17. Lets see further process. I will keep you updated about this. I am disappointed & now doubt their service.
But in short my advice" DONT WASTE TIME & ENERGY ON TATACLIQ.COM" - They dont have almost all items.
-Products received in 3 days, thankfully its fine. And yeah I still didnt received call back from their customer service
