I have tata indicom walky connection . Ever since I subscribed to Tata Indicom wireless connection, I have sub (all) cried , for going to them.
- When I walked home with Walky, it took 3 weeks and loads of calls - from other phone ofcourse, ( and my hard earned money) to activate my telephone. Isn’t it strange that it takes 3 weeks for service provider to activate the phone ? Height of inefficiency. And guess what, when I received their bill, I was charged for rent of one entire Month.
2.Service and signal reception is not upto the mark.
3.Internet speed is shoddy and disconnects too often
4.I had asked to lock my outgoing calls, which took 15 days for them to do so.
- I had been charged for the plan which I did not subscribe. Everytime I contacted them, they told me to pay this and it would be taken care next time and that next time never came. I had run from pillar to post to recover later.
6.I saw ad of one good plan, s Rs.349 Plan. Apparently it looked good. I asked them to change me to this plan and activate my outgoing calls. Guess what, they could not activate my outgoing calls even after many attempts. I simply gave up thinking Pune tata Indicom team is not capable of doing this job. But real shock came in when I received the bill. Yes you guessed it right, I don’t have to write more ....
So I stopped paying their monthly bills and they have disconnected my phone. I am happily living after that ....
OK Folks ... Be careful ... before you fall prey to their advertisements.
