I am a hostage to Tata indicom walky service. The service sucks. When I use to make a call to other phones it disconnects within 1-2 minutes (guaranteed). When I call this phone most of the times I get the message that the phone is out of coverage area. Even if I am able to connect some time it gets disconnected within a minute. My pain is that I have no landline in my area so I am stuck with this walky.
Finally I baught another mobile phone connection and called tata indicom customer care. The lady on the call was almost laughing at my problem and enjoying likeshe gets this sort of complaint 20 times a day. I asked her to disconnect the service and she asked me to visit to there outlet and to give a written request. I am just waiting not for another set of adventure with the phone disconnection process.
