I have been using various isp’s , many have come with a huge fanfare but their oblivion was unheard of , like wipro’s netkracker .
I , living in hyderabad , first bought a 10 hour trial pack
when it was first launchrd in hyderabad . The speed was excellent . I don’t know about their service in other cities but as far as net browsing in hyderabad is concerned , tatanova is by any standards the best isp hyderabad had everseen .
The service is excellent as it has a 24 hour call centre which takes care of all the problems we have .
I have been using tata nova since then but never had an engage till date . The speed is consistent as I constantly download mp3 songs which take less than 35 minutes for one song .
I was shocked to see many negative comments on ms, but I again say that as far as hyderabad is concerned , tata nova is the best isp .
