In my honest opinion after working with the company as a trainee for 2 weeks, which is more than enough to decide if a company is good or not if you are sensible.
I would say do not join this company! It is horrible. You are made to work for 18hrs a day and you may not be given weekends off in the future. The company is located in a mosquitoe infested deserted industrial plot, you can get Malaria. Only little food is served to all employees, you cannot choose what you want to eat, there is no company cafeteria.
Your health will deterioate rapidly with low vital signs, your head will ache. There is no proper sanitary bathroom at the plant. At the plant all u get to see are some CNC machines. There are no cubicles, no office space for employees, no air condioned rooms, no computers except one or two big LCD’s monitors. Basically your office is the same as the dinning room.
You work, eat, gossip in the same room with no fan, wooden table, ordinary wooden chair, where you sit till your back hurts or sulk down in your seat hoping that your mentor comes to your aide for which you have to wait for 4hrs at a stretch while you listen to frustated employees gossip. All the employees and management are frustrated. All the employees are very scared of the management and don’t express their ideas for fear of loosing their job. Military type rules are being enforced on employees without success.
The office in DLF IT park located in Chandigarh which looks good from the out but don’t be fooled this is not where you will be working you will be working at the Plant in Lalru, Delhi, where you have to commute 2hrs from your residence and arrange for your own transport or catch the companys bus from a remote area. You leave at 6:30am in morning to catch the bus and you are back at home by 10:30pm sometimes even later. Then you have 1 hr to eat, take a bath, watch tv, relax, before you get to sleep.
By the time you fall asleep you have to get up to begin next day’s work. This is what some reviewers call Fantastic! I call them company Ass*oles! It’s easy to write positive things since they don’t exist but If I have not gone through this sort of thing, do you think I can simply make it up? I don’t think so, this review is absolutely true.
