Hi people, In case you are able to clear the tough interviews of Taurus Agile I would like to recommend you this company because, the base of this company is rock solid, financially very stable, Yearly reviews of the employees is done and also the perks, Taurus gave my first car and I was overjoyed, they arrange for my plane tickets whenever it is required for me to go for training.
Company has very good infrastructure, excellent machines very high technological work is going on... Work environment is cool although hard work is required but it is good. For freshers there is ample amount of opportunities to learn, experiment and implement. Taurus in primarily an aerospace company and growing very rapidly.
The work environment is "Professional". Reserved but very social. None of the ’move up or move out’ mentality I’ve heard about at other companies. Several of my co-workers have been ’poached’ from other big aerospace companies - but I’ve never heard of any Taurus person leaving to go to work for them. (I’m not saying that there aren’t any - I’ve just not heard of any). Regardless, I think that speaks volumes. Several of my co-workers have been with Taurus for 3-4 years and still speak highly of the company.
Benefits are good as they used to be (so I’m told), but I’ve had no issues. Relocation benefits are excellent. Overall, as you can tell, I’m happy here. I hope to retire from here. It’s a perfect place, but MUCH better than anyplace else I’ve worked. When you tell someone you work for Aerospace industry, people treat you differently...
