This is the most crappy company I have ever worked with.Thank god I left it soon. So the management (especially the MD) thinks he’s building a good corporate culture company. But what he is actually doing if trying to make slaves. He does not know anything about work life balance that every company in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida are actually trying to follow.So, my point is that the so called culture is for make slaves.. people can’t talk, laugh or even try to smile.
The MD is so partial and will give raise to the people HE THINKS are working good. And will have given over nothing almost 5 days a week. So, I chose to sit at home doing nothing than to work in jail..God bless this company but I know it is not gonna last long.
Disclaimer: Rather sell nuts than working there as an engineer or consider living at their plant as you wont get time to go home once you are there.
