I worked in Tavant Noida not in bangalore. Bangalore Tavant is way too good(Just what I heard) but yeah Noida is real bad place to be. Too much work load that too in laid back technologies. No Development. Managers are pathetic seriously. They are working there for around 6-7 years and now they are big bullies.
a Serious advise - If you have an offer with them, Please search for new company. you will not waste your 1-2 year.
