Kindly do not take services from Tax2Win. My case was being managed by a person Shailesh(Surabhi Dixit’s Team). He never validated my case properly. After every 15 days he would come back again and ask for additional documents and I had to arrange for the documents.
Last minute when I did not accept the ITRV, he asked for additional document again. My concern is why is the case not validated properly and asked for documents at one go. Why are documents requested again and again.
When I raised my concern, Shailesh messaged in a very unprofessional manner and when I mentioned I will raise a complaint against you, he mentioned go and do it. That means these people are least bothered about client feedback.
I have been having a stressful time, and these people are not professional. Hence my recommendation is not to take their services and impact your mental health.
