I had been watching the trailers for sometime now and frankly I was hoping to catch the John Abraham song with all the chicks and also the title song. But in the end it was a fine movie as well.
Warning: Although I am taking care in not revealing the plot of the movie but please be advised that some portions of the following review may contain spoilers. Please take note that you have been warned and please dont blame me later.
I deliberately went for the morning show, u know, so that even if the movie sucked it wouldnt hurt you as much but I will definitely say that you can watch it even if its in INOX or some other pricey place.
Essentially its a rip off the Hollywood move, Changing Lanes *ing Samuel L Jackson and Ben Affleck, a movie about oneupmanship (is that a single word or 2?). The movie tells how a single day, heck a single hour can be life changing and how each and every person around you, no matter how rich/poor, can affect your life. I would give the making of the film 3.5/5. Nana being Nana seems completely natural and John does a pretty fine job. I thought towards the end, the emotional scenes were pretty well done. Both get a 4/5. Unfortunately the lights went out in the theatre and I could not catch the song in the end. :(. A good watch.
P.S. Baring just a few scenes, its pretty much a clean movie.
