~~~ Ek nazar me bhi pyar hota hai ~~~
Ek nazar mein bhi pyaar hota hai, maine suna hai
Do baaton mein bhi ikraar hota hai, maine suna hai
Ek nazar me bhi pyar hota hai: Do you believe in “love at first sight”. If “NO” then I would say, you still have to explore the true love. If “YES” then I would say, you will never forget that feeling in your entire life. I remember the dialog from HUM-TUM, “kabhi kabhi to ek mulakat hi kafi hoti hai aur kabhi kabhi mulakatein lag jati hain”. Very true, but hey why I’m discussing love here in this review? Is this a love story? No it’s not but it gives a glimpse of true faces in society, which we may get in form of love.
I’ve written the entire chronicle because I liked the SMS, which John sends to Sameera when he got his will back. “I got my will back, I will submit it tomorrow in the court. C U in my next life.” This is the reply to Sameera’s avowal, “Nahi Jai tum ab wo Jai Mittal nahi rahe, we will continue as a friend.” Remember “Friendship can be converted in to love but love into friendship NEVER”. Do you really think she was in love earlier? I don’t think so. Yes definitely she loved Jai Mittal, but not the person behind that name. There’s big difference in loving a person for his outer appearance and loving a person for his core heart. It is said that the best love affairs can occur through letters and I totally agree with it, because there you get to know the core heart of that person not the outer appearance.
kisi ka chutta, kisi ki daulat,
kisi ka love, kisi ki mohabbat,
yahaan pe zindagi ki har khushi,
rupaiya hai ya dollar hai ya pound,
hey meter down, down......
hey meter down, down......
Meter down down: It’s a story of two passionate people, who are stiff to their own way of living. One is Raghu Shastri (Nana Patekar), who is a taxi driver of taxi number 9211 and another is Raj Mittal (John Abraham) who is son of an industrialist. Raghu is about to slack his family while Raj is about loose his empire, just for their own insanity. Suddenly they both met and their life starts rolling. They want to get rid of each individual’s lunacy and find themselves into more troubles. Fortunately all snags put them in a situation where they face real life. Their entire life transforms in just one day. The concept is innovative and exciting.
laakh laakh roz aake bas jaate hai
is sheher is dil laga ke phas jaate hai
sone ki raahon mein soone ko jaaga nahi
shola hai ya hai bijuriya dil ki bajariya bambai nagariya
Tendulkar ban Kaif nahi: The dialog delivery is awesome and hilarious. Situation 1: Raghu is going to his office. He finds his child is playing cricket and doing fielding. He asks, “Bat kiska hai?” Child answers, “mera hai”. He replies, “fir fielding kyun kar raha hai batting kar, Tendulkar ban kaif nahi.” Situation 2: Raj calls Raghu to have a deal and returns his key. Raj ask, “kya chahiye tumhe? Maine tumhe tumhari LIC ki naukari dila dunga aur panch premium bhi kara dunga.” Raghu replies, “main tumhare marne ke bad umarkaid pe jana chahta hun.” Situation 3: Raj goes to Vault Manger to say sorry and find out any solution. He says, “I’m sorry for my behavior. Can you please suggest some solution to solve this issue?” He tells him a story, “meri bibi ne mujhse paise mange. Maine nahi diye. Usne jhgara kiya galiyan di, apne pitaji ke ghar jane ki dhamki bhi di. Par maine paise nahi diye. Now tell me what is the morale of the story.” Raj quietly returns back. There are several such uproarious situations in the movie, which will compel to burst out into laughing.
yeh bombay hai yaha time ka matlab hai paisa samjhe
mujhe tees minute ki journey teen minute mein puri karni hai
saala khud marna hai toh mar na doosre ki kayko waat lagata hai
Nana Patekar is looking perfectly suitable for this crazy taxi driver role and no doubt he has given awesome performance. He is one of the best in Bollywood when it comes to passionate roles. He has that temperament to put soul in any such character. John Abraham has played a character, which is passionate about his extravagance and luxury life. He has no tomorrow, no responsibilities and learns a lesson when he faces real challenge of life. Well done acting by John here. Sameera Reddy has got a beautiful smile but she didn’t get much chance to attract viewers with her lovely smile. She is a girlfriend of Raj and looking always perturbed for legal development of his life. She has nothing much to do in this movie. Sonali Kulkarni is playing housewife’s character. She is a wife of a passionate man, Raghu Shastri. She loves her family but worried about her husband’s behavior. She has done an excellent acting.
Aazmaale aazmaale aaj khud ko aazmaale
Phirta hai kab se yeh dil sambhaale
Boliye lab pe ruke hain tere sajde mein jhuke hain
Pal pal bhikre hain kitne ujaale
Kya karoon kya sochta hai chain dil ka dhoondta hai
Apni kismat ko jagaale beech ka parda uthaale aazmaale
Aazmaale aazmaale aaj khud ko aazmaale
Safar suhana hai: I will recommend this movie because it’s a hilarious and uproarious movie with a sturdy and dense message. If you are feeling sad this movie will make you laugh. If you are feeling ignored about life this movie will show you some real instants of life. Go watch this entertaining drama and share your views.
