Cool flick

Lutharia manages a gripping film, but falters at the finale. One didn’t expect him to lose control on his film. No one knows what to expect till the end and that is why it excites!

The film tells the story of a taxi driver and insurance salesman Raghav Shastri (Nana Patekar) and a rich heir, Jai Mittal (John Abraham). They are united by a common need - both of them need three hundred crores at the end of the day.

The story captures the attempts of the two to secure the sum in one day. They meet in Raghav’s cab. Jai Mittal has taken the cab to reach the court, where he will contest his father’s will. In Jai, Raghav sees the potential rich guy who could be the one to give him the money.

Two different people, two different lives, two different styles and attitudes meet and provide the punch to the story

It is a Nana film all the way. He delivers a mature performance. If he was brilliant in BlUFFMASTER , he is magnificient here. Sameera oozes oomph.Sonali too is very good in her first commercial role of her career. The surprise packet however is John, who excels in his role.

The music of the film composed by Vishal Shekhar who do not do much justice to those three songs... as much as what the dancers in these songs have done.

However the background score by is up to the mark and enhances Lutharia’s work well.

But certain things like car chasing are very cliched and could have been avoided. Worth a watch....
