Worst than auto service. The drivers are refusing to take the ride. I had placed a booking for drop from Magrath Road to HAL at around 3PM, requesting for a ride at 8:15PM. I got a confirmation as well. But when the cab dint turn up and 8:15 I called the driver who was not responding my call. Then I tried calling the customer care, it was a typical drama we see with the auto drivers.
None of the cab drivers available around were agreeing to take our call. They were acting like auto drivers either not picking our call or saying that they are at very far distance and the customer care guys were wrongly giving their numbers. Even now at 10:07 PM the status is "We’ll notify you, as soon as we find a cab". Shame on these guys, with no accountability from the drivers nor a proper process. Wouldnt want to spoil my another evening by booking a cab with you. We waited for an hour with your drama of arranging the cab, finally boarded an auto.
