5 I have made 5 bookings till now . My experience is mixed with this taxi operator.
3 times out of the 5 times taxis were on time. 1 out of 5 times it was around 15 mins late. 1 out of 5 times the cab never came. This was an important transfer to airport. They send a message to my mobile saying they were not able to find a cab and if I wish I could cancel by calling a phone. I tried calling their Delhi no and the operator did not pick my phone(maybe they saw my phone no and didn’t pick up.
Though rates are much less compared to Meru and others reliability is not guaranteed?I would not recommend to others for important engagements where you have to reach timely. Customer service is unapproachable.
The first Sedan we booked had a very bad seat behind the driver. I have a back ache and suffered due to this bad seat. The other cabs were fine and clean. Again shows lack of consistency in standards.
