Firstly, I ordered an SUV and I got Indica Cab and I was forced by the driver to pay the SUV charges! Driver says, during night time, there is no price difference for SUV or Indica! When I called the booking team/Customer service, they have no clue and they said "sorry" and disconnected the phone!
Second, the cab came half an hour late and driver is very irresponsible and doesn’t listen to the customer.
I requested him to not to talk on phone while driving, but he ignores our messages and drives rashly!
Completely dis-satisfied with every part from booking to reaching the destination!
