I am using Taxi(NOT) For Sure from more than a year and previously I used to appreciate their service. Gone are those good old days when we can book a cab and be sure that we can have a safe travel.
Within a span of a 2 months I had pathetic experiences with them. For instance, I had booked taxi to take my dad to hospital and all the 3 times I was confirmed with cab availability and booking confirmation, but in the last minute the cab was not available and they suggested me either to cancel the booking or wait for 30mins, so that they may probably(!) provide an alternate cab!
I recently booked a cab from railway station to my home and to much of my embarrassment, I had to wait in the railway station with my relatives for more than 1:45 hours during which I received 5-6 driver details by sms and was calling(begging is the right word to say) them for pick-up.
Two days ago, I had to travel from Majestic Bus stop to home at night 11PM and the driver was so exhausted that he was yawning through out the trip and was hardly trying to be awake. By the time we were about 2km from my home, he was unable to be awake and closed his eyes and we were about to hit a gate. I screamed out loud, so that he applied a sudden brake. I thanked God that I was still alive and got down of the cab, paid the fare and walked home at mid-night.
I gave feedback in all the above situations but looks like they have taken a hard decision of not to listen.
My suggestion to everyone is to be cautious with their service.
