I booked a cab yesterday for 5.30pm, driver calls me around 5.15 asking me the address for pickup, I gave him the details, he said he’s going to reach within 5 minutes and he was near the pickup point. Around 5.30 I try to call the driver he doesn’t answer my calls.
Finally the takes my call and says I left for some other place as I didn’t get any details about the pickup from taxi for sure team. I called the call centre telling them the incident they simply didn’t take any ownership, such losers.
When you can charge 100/- for cancellation of any bookings from customers, what about such incidents where you cause such kind of inconvenience to the customers.
Never ever booking again from taxi for sure.Poor service!
