I have used ola and uber both.Uber being my first choice but ola isnt also so bad.But Taxiforsure is the worst.
Taxi for sure lure its coustomers with its low fare which is 7 Rs/km.But what is the use.The drivers rejects the trip even if he was the one accepted when he contacted.I have instances like 3 times where my trip was rejected by the driver say they are far away from my home and will not be able to pick up me.Then either their drivers are liar or their app is faulty that it show cabs in my radius which is actually not there.
They have not earned the coustomers confidence till now and I dont know if they have any loyal coustomers who regularly takes their services.
In this conpetive market Taxiforsure will not be able to survive if they dont enhance their services.I will definately not recomend the services of taxi for sure
