Please don’t book this cab service if you come by flight or train. I had come from my home town to Bangalore with my family. I had booked this service in one day advance.
I had come to Bangalore by train, train delayed my destination by half an hour.
I had booked this cab at 7:00 am in the morning, but my train reached 7:32 am in the morning. Cab driver called me and I had told him that before 10 minutes of my arrival I will update you.
Then driver disconnected the call, here before 10 minutes of my arrival I called his mobile but his mobile is switched off.
I called "Taxi for sure" customer care, they had given me a shocking update that my cab got cancelled because you are late. Generally driver will wait only 15 minutes for you after that automatically they will cancel your service.
What non-sense service my this cab service. No one updated me that cab got cancelled. I am really pissed off by their service.
