Instance 1 - Booked a cab. Had to pick a friend on the way. Asked driver to wait for 5 mins in front of friends office. Driver refused to wait. Said that TFS dont pay me for waiting and stopped the ride without my permission.
Then he asked me to get off the cab. I called customer care to report this. Had a talk with some dumb people over there. They arranged a call back for me from some senior management. Equally dumb guy called and started blaming me that it was my mistake that I stopped to pick up a friend as there are no deviations allowed in point to point drop. And then he suggested me that I should have booked hourly package. So according to him I should have paid Rs 600 for something that I get done in Rs. 120-130. Later even more senior person called me and apologized. Still they were not shameful enough to refund my money of that particular ride.
Instance 2 - Booked a cab under ride later option for my father who had to catch a train in Delhi. Driver was supposed to pick up at 7.15pm. Nobody came till 7.10pm and then he got a message saying that your ride is complete and youve been charged Rs 300 something for that. Because of their pathetic cab service my father missed his train and then he later had to go by flight as he had an important appointment. So because of TFSs unreliable and pathetic service my dad had to bear a loss of almsot 15000 Rs.
The customer care people are absolute dumbs in TFS. They dont take responsibility for anything and drivers are rude.
Currently TFS is most costly Cab service as compared to OLA and Uber and its by far the worst cab service of all.
Waiting for my TFS wallet money to finish so that I can uninstall their pathetic app.
