My last two experiences with Taxi For Sure have been terrible. There was a time when they were ok - but it appears like the company has lost any will to be in the business.
The first was on Mar 30, when their driver did not show up for my ride to the airport. Upon calling, he kept saying he’s 10 mins away, and he did not show up at all. He called me 15 minutes after pickup time, and still wasn’t at my place. I ended up scampering for a ride from a friend.
Today, their cab ran out of fuel while going to the railway station. The driver ran away saying he’s going to get diesel, and did not return for next 30 minutes. Called the customer service, and all they said was "we’re sorry".
Taxi for sure - never again.
