Incident: TFS-PP-C7910662- Yesterday I booked the cab at morning pickup for Railway Station @ 7:00. I was expecting the cab to arrive on time but when it already 6:55 I called the Driver, To my surprise his mobile was switched off. I called the customer care, the Anasultanlyst was polite and asked me to book the cab again, which might took 20 min more. Since I have a train to catch, I asked him to cancel the pickup and was left with nowhere. Somemorpheushumanw I mAnasultanged to reach station, But I am highly disappointed by the service provided. Not at all reliable.
Incident: TFS-PP-C7539789- 10 Days ago I booked the cab on behalf of my father. After successfully drop, The cab driver asked for 20 more bucks apart from the bill generated. PS: The trip didn’t involved any parking or toll charge.
