Taxi Never Sure I booked a cab on 4 jan 2015 from Marathahalli to Yeswantpur Railway station at 8:00 and I got a sms that your taxi is on the way to Marathahalli I waited for 8:30 then I called the Cab driver he did’nt picked up my phone even calling several times then I called 60601010 Customer Care and he also misguided me that you can wait he will be coming in 10 mins I waited for 10 mins more than again I called he told me same now it was 9:15.
I decided to take local auto for yeshwantpur railway station it was very late & un fortunately I missed the Train, my tatkal Railway ticket worth Rs 4000 and Local transport 1000 was totally wasted due to miss management because of Taxi Never Sure, I suggest you never book Taxi for Sure it means Taxi Never Sure and worst part is that I also booked return Cab from Yeswantpur to Marathahalli.
I called the driver on mobile number from SMS I got from taxi never sure for 11;30 booking he said his cab is puncture and he is not coming now it was very late now I took local auto and came back home after very worst experience, Surprisingly I got a Trip Bill that I have not even traveled from Taxi Never Sure! - Vijay
