In one word extremely pathetic service . I had booked a cab on 29th Jan 2015, from begur to bangalore airport for the next day . I was provided with a contact no of a driver from them, who didn’t bother to come at the end and asked me to contact taxi for sure for any resolution.
Then I got 2 contact nos of 2 different drivers from Taxi for Sure, whom I contacted and all of them refused to come . I lost lot of time in doing this & I was going to travel with a 2 yr old kid and in that situation I had to ran around places to find a cab as I was almost at the verge of missing the flight .I didn’t get any help from them to get a cab and luckily found a private taxi who agreed to drop me to airport which is 50 kms away from begur . I reached airport when chekin was almost over & some how I got in.
After all this experience I vow not to use Taxi for sure service ever after in my life & will make sure to spread this word as much as possible . How can you
