Taxi for sure has pathetic service....they are only good for long distances ( airport etc.)....I called and booked for a taxi at 3-30 pm for a cab ride at 7.00. I had to board a bus to Goa at 8:15. I was told it is confirmed booking and I would get a message at 6:30....
I got a call at 6:20 and guy told me taxi would come at 7....I was assured at 7, no one showed up. I called and was told some one called me and informed me that no TAXI IS IN THE AREA and booking is cancelled....I was f$#ed.
I took out my car, went to nearest market and got a taxi for thrice the normal price and somehow reached at 8.10 at the location...these are cheats, do not use them.
